I am a Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” ranked aviation and travel lawyer with 25 years’ experience representing airlines, airports, and aviation service providers in contractual disputes arising from aircraft ownership, repossession, terms of use, conditions of carriage, package travel, and IATA regulations.
I have particular expertise in commercial and regulatory matters, consumer rights, defence of claims and CAA enforcement actions under the Montreal Convention 1999, Regulations 261/2004 and 1107/2006, Package Travel Regulations, and the European Accessibility Act.
I also work with London-based insurers and reinsurers on crisis response and post-accident legal liability for airlines, operators, airports, ground handlers, product manufacturers and MROs, including claims involving product liability, ground handling, general aviation, and insurance coverage.
I am currently working as a consultant with DLA Piper UK LLP, and regularly contribute as an author for Lexis Nexis and Lexology, as well as co-author the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents – Aviation.
